♥ Princess Sofia Party Set ♥

A bit different from my usual posts.. this one is focusing on furniture/decor.

I'm showing off this adorable "Princess Sofia" party set from Aphrodite. It has lots of bits and pieces in the set.. and most of it you are able to click to receive it to eat/drink! The cake has lots of different cake pieces to choose from.. yum, yum! There's lots of party food options.. including: sweet sandwiches, royal sandwiches, princess burgers, chicken, princess crown lollies, princess shoe cookies, princess cookies, chocolate castles.. and then wash it all down with either a lemonade or a coke. 
I wish this had been available when it was my birthday! I love it. You even get the table cloth and the pretty flower arches behind it. It's not actually on a table.. but you can't tell I don't think. Such a cute little set for a birthday party for those special little Princess' out there.

♥ Fun and Mirrors ♥

Hi everyone!

Hope all is well in your worlds. I'm currently in a blind panic in real life; trying to get everything ship shape for when my fiancee returns tomorrow (or rather today, since it's gone midnight here now) He wasn't supposed to be back for a couple more days, so I'm running around like a headless chicken trying to get everything just so. I'm currently on a break from cleaning and tidying, so I figured now would be the perfect time to do a post. 

First up there's these two adorable new items from Aphrodite. A play gym, called "The tree of life" it's much like the one I blogged previously - it's just a different style.. see the other post here: What a Hoot. 
The other item from Aphrodite is an adorable rocking owl. It has a few different animations built into it and it actually rocks! Very cute! I'm hoping Aphrodite release some kitty stuff soon, because owls are cute and everything.. but I'm much more into kitties! Or pandas.. or unicorns.. or mermaids.. or you know.. all of those would be good! I am loving the quality of their furniture though.

I'm wearing the mesh head from Cute Bytes, "BELLINA", that's available at this round of Hello Beautiful for a promo price of 250L$. I've teamed it with an applier from Bad Seed Boutique, "Berty" in the peach tone, which is also at Hello Beautiful right now. I think this head and skin combination looks pretty cute!

I have on adorable ears again from Tikkels, these too are at Hello Beautiful right now. These ones are chocolate dipped! Yum! They are HUD operated so you can match up your skin without much hassle and you can even change the colour of your earrings. Bonus! If the chocolate dipped ones aren't your thing, in my last post I showed off the sprinkle ones.. which are adorable too. I'm also wearing a face tattoo for mesh heads from Tikkels. It's really pretty and sparkly, grab yours at this round of Hello Beautiful.

I have on a very pretty headband from Buglets, "Janie Headband", which comes in lots of different colours. I'm wearing the blue (sky) coloured one to match my awesome outfit from Bad Seed Boutique.

The eyes I have on are called "Lovable Eyes" and I have on style C. They are from *BABY* and are available in lots of other colours at Hello Beautiful right now. I just happened to like this particular colour.. I gravitate towards lighter ones and blue tones. 
 
My nails are from Enchanted Bowtique are also at Hello Beautiful (you noticing a theme here yet?) and are called "Sakura nails" - they come in many different colours. Aren't they pretty?

Finally this mirror.. from snaphappy poses, available at.. you guessed it, Hello Beautiful. I blogged it before.. but today I'm showing off one of the commons which is the sky tone. It's perfect for making faces with your new mesh heads in. I had a little too much fun pulling faces in it.

♥ What a Hoot ♥

Having been left to my own devices today I decided to have some play time with this adorable play gym from Aphrodite. This set is available at Room69 from the 1st of May. The set is called "My Sweet Baby Owl" Play Gym for babies and kids" and it's 20 prims - well, land impact if you're newer to SL. 
It's a really cute set and has tons of animations in it, some for just on your own and some for when a parent is with you. I'm being read a story in the last picture.. see! 
I love that some of the animations give you a prop to hold onto.. such as a book, or a stuffed owl.. or a block. 
This set will work with ToddleeDoo and prim babies (such as Zooby) however, it is worth noting that it won't change the babies stats.
Parents are able to use the parents animations.. carrying their baby prims and also play with the toys with them, or read to them, etc but the gyms wont move the prim babies by itself or change its stats. All animations work with ToddleeDoo or similar mesh avatars though.
Not only does it look cute, but each individual hanging owl moves and it plays a cute little tune too! Check out the gif and video at the end (video courtesy of Aphrodite).

I've got another cute bedroom set to show you all from Aphrodite & <HEART HOMES> today, this one is called "Prince Charming"
This time their new nursery set is at the Cosmopolitan event exclusively and discounted 20% OFF the regular price. Bonus! There's so many pieces to this awesome set too.. and can even be bought separately if you wanted just a particular piece from the set. I, personally, think it's frogging awesome. The animations in it are really cute too.. and this set even has a bathing area (which is just too precious!) Ooh, the frog I'm sat on even gives out props, including this mug, a froggie sandwich, an etch a sketch and more. The rocking chair has animations for you to sit with a parent too.. which are lovely. I'm wearing some PJs from Soken Kids. I've not blogged Soken Kids in a while, so had a look around and found these adorable whale pjs. There's lots of different styles too if whales don't float your boat.. hah, float your boat.. get it? I amuse myself sometimes!

Check out this super cute masks you can get from Itsy Bitsy, at this round of Hello Beautiful. I'm wearing my favorite one.. which makes me laugh. It says on it, "You kiss me in my sleep, I'll punch you in your face!" Truer words have never been spoken. There are other ones to collect: Beauty Sleep, Princess, Shh, Sleeping Beauty and Sweet Dreams. I just had to show off my favorite one which is Punch RARE. Yeah, I have a thing for liking rares..  so, anyways, be sure to check out Itsy Bitsy this round!
