It seems everyone is shutting up shop in Second Life.. and I'm no exception. I'm having a sale in world as my last hurrah before I clear away everything. I have plans though, so it's not an end of the road forever kind of deal. I must be insane though, some things I've priced as low as 30 lindens.. the sale is only in world. ♥ Frozen ♥

Brrr.. it's soooo cold! At least over here where I am in the UK it is at least. I'm thinking snow will be on it's way before I know it.. and in Second Life snowy sims seem to be popping up left, right and center. I love them though.. just feel I have to dress up for the occasion. 

Because I felt cold for real, I felt I needed to bundle up in Second Life too and thus this cute outfit was born! 

This hair is totally adorable, from Wasabi Pills. My mummy even got a matching longer version so we can be super cute together. Funny thing was we were looking for hood hair for me when we stumbled on that one. I can never find any hair that will fit under my hoods on my hoodies.. I have one hair from Elikitaria that fits, but I had to mod it loads and I'm still not 100% happy with it. Why is there no decent hood hair?! I'd make some myself, but hair is just too beyond me.. I have tried before and it was an epic fail. I just about manage to edit linked parts on non mesh hair and move them around, delete/make strands invisible just to mod them a bit.. but even that looks a bit dodgy. Someone please come up with decent hoodie hair for kids.. and grownups.. it's just depressing to have hair sticking out underneath it. Or my other suggestion for all those awesome hoodies I have but don't like to wear because of the dodgy hair under it.. creators need to include a version with the hood down too. I'm just rambling and venting my frustration at hood hair shopping now.. I've gone off in a totally different direction to what I initially set out to write.. anyways, back to what I was saying previously.. the hair is from Wasabi Pills. The coat is from Baby Pie, the jeans are also from Baby Pie (but they were part of a completely different outfit) the boots are also Baby Pie! The pose is my own creation and I list the accessories under here.

I also feel sad that oh Daisies is closing.. I just wanted to say that's another designer that will be missed. If you like her stuff, go grab it before the 17th.. she's closing her store and marketplace due to real life stuff and we all know that has to come first. I hope whatever is happening in Nisaa's life right now works out (I just would like to point out that I have absolutely no clue what is going on, before anyone messages me asking, only that a notice went out in her group to say due to real life she is closing) 

Another thing.. my family and I are trying out that whole [ L I F E ] HUD system.. the thing that basically turns your avatar into The Sims game. It's been quite amusing so far.. especially since my parents have to roll around on my rug for entertainment currently.. haha.. so funny. They told me they were rolling around on my floor so I had to tp home immediately to check it out. Was not disappointed. Also absolutely hilarious to have my daddy sleep in the kids bed.. and there's an animation in the AR one we have where he randomly fell out of bed. I cracked up.. one minute he was there, the next he was on the floor! My daddy also won a urinal out of the gatcha machine at the main store for [ L I F E ] which made me giggle quite a bit.. also brought up many in world questions about why my daddy has to stand to pee and I don't. Haha. Oh the joys of being young and stupid.. I've decided that toddlers are just like mini drunk people.. I sort of stagger around, say inappropriate things, laugh a lot and have fun. It's great. Anyway, so far for the [ L I F E ] HUD thing we've not had to buy food as the lucky chair in the main store seemed to provide us with a few bits to get us started off. I like to multi-task with mine.. I'll like sit on the potty with a drink and some food. I got a message that I was stinking once while I was in the bath!! I was like, dude, gimme a chance to get clean.

Final closing thought: radiator. Yup, I'm random.

♥ Rawr I'm a Tiger! ♥

I absolutely love this hoodie from Soken Kids. It's awesome, sadly in this picture it doesn't show all the cool detailing on the back.. but trust me, it's super cute and works both for a boy or a girl. I paired it with a skirt from Soken too which is cute. Again the boots from Baby Pie make another appearance, because they rock. Note to self, must buy more awesome separate pieces like these in future. Many thanks to Diiego Thorn Stone (Diiego Levane) for being awesome and providing me with these cute Soken pieces to show you guys. 

In other news, still searching for my forever family. I have panels up at MAW and Heritage currently and am struggling to find anyone that fits well with me. I'm starting to think I'm just gonna have to suck it up soon and accept my orphan status.

♥ Pandas Rock ♥

I'm sorry I've not blogged in a few days. I've been on trial with yet another family.. but this time I'm pretty sure it's a really good fit and will work out. I don't think they'll ditch me either (like my last two families), since their current daughter has been with them for 4 years. We have a really large extended family and I'm feeling really at home. I can't believe how well they're treating my brother and I.. I feel like I won the lottery of families. We've had story time every day, at least one book a day too. That's so awesome. They treat us like proper kids too. I dunno, it's hard to explain.. but I've never had it as good with any family before. I feel really loved and accepted in this family.. like I belong.

I haven't had the best luck with families over the years, most have split up and not wanted kids anymore, left SL or ditched me. The last one just up and left SL and didn't even have the decency to tell me herself that she wasn't coming back.. I had to find out on Skype from her "boyfriend" - To be honest I'm not sure I buy that it was her boyfriend that told me she's not coming back and it's none of my business as to why. I think it was probably her and it was just easier on her to pretend to be someone else so she could be heartless easier. The family before that ditched me and wouldn't let me back into the family unless I agreed to go to hospital in real life (Yes, I'm sick and I have a lot of issues.. but who doesn't have issues?!) Nobody is perfect! Plus, I was on a waiting list to receive help anyway (which I'm getting now, you'll be pleased to know.. and ironically started to get the help after they wouldn't let me back into the family.) My new family are not judgemental at all and have been so nice about everything.. my daddy couldn't believe people could treat me like that. Since he said that, I think I tend to agree. I knew it was crappy, but to have an outsiders perspective of someone who didn't even know me or know the people involved and still come to the same conclusion I did was an eye opener. I was such a mess over that particular family that I nearly ended my real life.. and looking back on it now, it was so silly to even contemplate doing that over them.. or over anyone really. I was so low; it was awful feeling that way. My new family actually care about me and don't interfere or tell me what I should do with my real life, they're being a supportive SL family and as much as they can advise me.. they'd never tell me what to do. They'd never judge me. I think they're so great and I hope I continue to feel this way about them for a long time.. and I hope they feel the same about my brother and I. 

In other news the Halloween Heist Hunt is now underway.. and if you haven't checked it out yet you should. It is truly epic. I'm really impressed with the hunt (I'm not just saying that because my store is involved either) Bit did a really amazing job with making it really interactive and fun. I won't tell you what you have to do as I don't want to spoil it for those of you who haven't done it.. but I urge you to. It really was fun and I was sad when my brother and I completed it. Also please donate on your way out if you enjoyed it like we did.. a lot of hard work went into that hunt and it was much appreciated. I really hope she does more hunts like that because it was new and different - yet worked flawlessly. Take some friends with you.. it's something that you can all help each other with.. and these things are always more fun with friends.

A new round of Limited 50 is starting tomorrow I believe, or today I guess depending on your location. Pretty exciting! 

As you all know I absolutely adore pandas, so when I saw Buttons and Bows had a panda outfit out I had to have it. It's really nicely done and even comes with bamboo for your mouth to give it that extra bit of panda awesomeness. Great job, Buttons and Bows! I decided to go find a sim with bamboo to be my backdrop for this picture.. always find it good fun to go exploring new places too.

Anyway, with Halloween on the way.. I decided spiders seemed appropriate for this post. I went by the Woodland Gatcha Event today and spent a load of money again. I'll probably end up going back and spending more (Nothing I show today is from there.. but it's well worth going and checking it out if you haven't already done so.. a few cool bits over there) I noticed a few haven't put theirs out yet though. Sadness. 

My brother and I also did the Costume Party Hunt today, we got a few cool bits (lots of stores that were supposed to be participating hadn't got their items out yet, which was really disappointing.. but we did the ones that were ready as it kicked off today) You can even take a grownup to do it with you, since at each place there's a kid and adult costume to find!

Took these pictures on my mummy's new sim she bought. It's so pretty there.. I'll be sure to have to show more pictures in the future. A whole big place just for her, my brother and myself. It's awesome. I can't imagine ever being the proud owner of a sim.. it would be cool, but it's just so expensive.

♥ I scream for Ice Cream ♥

Today has been all sorts of awesome, but very exhausting too!

I went shopping with my mummy and twin brother. We got so much stuff just from teleporting around. I've got sooooo much to blog now.. it's just finding time for it all that's gonna be the issue.  I usually manage somehow though. 

Think my inventory needs another cleanup after today.. it's a never-ending battle. Spend a day cleaning it up and organizing it all into folders etc.. and then a few days later (sometimes less) it's a mess again!

If you haven't already you should check out the Fall Into Fun Hunt. My brother and I skipped over the things we didn't want and got a couple of things we really did like. I'll probably end up blogging those at some point too no doubt. There's also a Fall fair that we went to that is worth scoping out, that's where most of my lindens disappeared to today.

Also spent ages in Blender today messing around and learning things. So.. watch this space! Don't laugh but it just took me the better part of an hour to figure out why a skirt I made wasn't sticking to the Second Life skeleton right. I figured it out of course.. my brain was so overloaded with information and tiredness that I was pressing the wrong button combination. Funny that it took me 10+ attempts of trying the same combination of buttons before realising it wasn't right. Note to self, Ctrl P not Ctrl R. They look kinda the same when you're loopy from lack of food, sleep and meds. Oh well, I cracked it in the end and tested it out with the pose function and low and behold it works. Next step, world domination. No, probably not.. but it's cool that I'm getting somewhere. 

Even reconnected and refriended someone who I didn't think would ever be on my list again or would even talk to me again.. so that was really nice. It's nice to know in a way that if you lose touch with someone, or fall out with someone, or whatever the case may be.. that they can always look you up with your calling card (unless they deleted it) and try to sort it out. 

Found this cute outfit in the Wacky Wednesday sale event from Little Nerds.. and accessorized with some cute pieces I picked up today from Marmelade. An ice cream and a friendship bracelet, both adorable and both from gatchas.. not only do they look awesome they were really cheap too! Go Marmelade! Thanks to my brother for giving me the bracelet.. he actually gave me a bunch.. he was trying to get a blue one and gave the rest he got before that to me. He's such an awesome brother... when he's not chasing me around the garden with frogs anyway. Anyways, the outfit didn't come with shoes so I used my own.. they're actually a free group gift from my store. The pose is also from my store.. I know, I know.. Just a quick fly-by-night post before I head to bed (I've somehow managed to pull yet ANOTHER all nighter. They seem to be happening a lot lately.)

At the same time I picked it up as a gift for my friends birthday because she loves pandas almost as much as I do. ♥ Po Pandie ♥

Yes, I'm back with pandas again. I love them.. so you'll probably see them often.

This outfit is very cute, I love the sparkly looking texture of the PJs.. I don't think it's even meant to look sparkly but to me it sort of does. Maybe spotty would be more accurate, but either way it's adorable. You even get a bamboo chew for your mouth and a bamboo stick to hold.. and it comes with panda ears and panda face paint that complete the outfit.

New hairstyle is from Wasabi Pills. I tried out a couple of different colour packs when I was there because I used to get blacks from there, but now I prefer to wear light-ish brown hair and had never had that from Wasabi Pills before.. so I bought a brown pack and a blonde pack. The darkest blonde was too light still and the lightest brown was too dark.. so, thanks to a friends quick thinking, I ended up tinting the darkest blonde one a little. I'm still not 100% happy with the colour, but it's better than it was. I love the style though, it's so cute.. although the fringe looks a bit weird at the front if you zoom in on it really close I thought. Maybe it's just me. Yay for Wasabi Pills providing unrigged mesh versions.. wish more hair stores would do this. I must have a weird head though because I had a bit of trouble fitting it.. but thanks to the HUD, some fancy editing I got it to how I like it..

Another adorable outfit from Baby Pie. I think I make a pretty cute fairy too.. and I love how the wings were included with the outfit (otherwise I'd probably never of even considered being a fairy!) 
The dress is gorgeous, an exclusive mesh.. I wish Baby Pie would release it full perm for other creators. I feel that way about a lot of exclusive meshes though, but I can understand and appreciate why it is done.

I found a really pretty fairy forest to take these pics. The second one down I'm actually in a bubble, but you can't really tell.. so I tried to crop it a bit to capture how it really was. Bit of a fail though!

♥ Life's like a jump rope.. ♥

Not much to report really.. it seems everyone is preparing to go to camp in Second Life except me. I miss out on these kind of things due to not being in school, having a family or knowing the first thing about how to even find out about camp.

I've actually not been in Second Life a whole lot the last few days, other than to make things. It's pretty much a get in and get out as soon as you're done experience. I've felt very lonely in general, my creator friends have been busy with school, camp and building.. and since I have no family any more I've not really had much of a reason to stick around. It's sad. I'm still not sure whether I want to try for another family or not.. 

I've been playing a lot of silly games in real life to cheer me up and watching a lot of documentaries too while laying in bed, since right now that's pretty much all I can do. I've felt so poorly that I've probably spent the last 3 weeks confined to my bed. At least I've tried to keep myself busy on the computer and my mind stimulated a little, otherwise I think I'd probably go nuts! 

The title of my post is inspired by the song - Jump Rope - Blue October. "Life's like a jump rope.. up, down, up, down.." so true. Though mostly I seem to encounter the down side of life. I've been told when you hit rock bottom the only way you can go is up.. but things have just seemed to have stalled. Sometimes I think people tell you things just to make you feel better.

Anyway, enough about depressing things and real life.. today I wanted to show off another outfit from Tiddleywinks, which you can find on the Marketplace for 80 lindens here It's so cute and it's kind of unique too.. well, unique in the way that I'd never really pair these two colours together normally.. but they work surprisingly well. 

With this outfit I teamed the super cute Pink Game Boy Plushie from McKidz. It was the perfect accessory for this outfit. It's huggable too and when you click the face the expression changes to whatever you choose. McKidz has a store full of goodies in world and a bunch of gacha machines inside too, so, be sure to check them out!

Also in the background is a really cute outdoor furniture set from Basically Bratty Kids. I love how it's sized for us kids and it's perfect for when you have all your friends over. I actually have a picture in world of four of us sitting around it all chatting and it makes me smile.. no grownups allowed! Your butts are way too big for this! But that's what I like about it.. it fits me perfectly and looks super awesome in my "garden" area in my Sky box. It's texture change too, so when you click it you can pick from a variety of textures to match your personality. Too awesome.

So, finally found out (after waiting 2 weeks) that my SL mum isn't coming back to Second Life. I'm pretty upset by it, but I need to try to deal with it. For now it's just going to be me. I guess I'm wondering if I should give up on families now or not.. so many of them have gone wrong, people leave or split up or get too involved and try to meddle with my real life too. It must be me.. maybe there's something wrong with me.

In my sadness I decided to try to pick myself back up with a blog post, so up I  went to the roof of my sky box (which is now looking like a garden) and decided to take some pictures.

Now bugs I don't really like.. generally anything creepy crawly, flappy, buggy or icky. I especially can't stand butterflies.. I have a phobia of them! (I know.. I'm totally a weirdo) 

Anyways, when my friend Randa showed me that she had made a lady bug outfit for the CK toddler avatar.. I practically begged her to make it for the Toddleedoo too because it just looked super cute. I know what I said about bugs, but when somethings cute.. it's cute. Y'know? Anyway, like the awesome person she is she totally surprised me by actually making it.

So, it's no secret that I love Baby Pie's outfits. In fact, I'm pretty sure I nearly own them all. I'm very surprised when I have to pass on an outfit of hers and believe me it doesn't happen very often. The quality of her outfits is amazing.. and it always feels like a complete look which is something I love! Keep up the amazing work, Baby Pie!

Hey everyone! Sorry I've not been as active on here as I have been previously. I've not been feeling too brilliant in real life and I've had a lot going on with my own stores in Second Life. But I think I'm going to release a few blog posts now because I'm so behind on bringing you the awesome fashion that other creators have been bringing out for us ToddleeDoo's.. and I feel like I've been slacking!

Okay, so it's my rez day/birthday today.. been in SL for 6 years on this avatar now and celebrating my 2nd birthday. I'm going to be two forever! Every birthday I turn two! If only real life worked the same way. 

But I got an invite to put a store down in a reasonably new area and since it was a personal invite I had to go check it out. When I arrived I couldn't believe how cute it was, so I had to lay down roots immediately. There's no more stores available there, but there are a few empty stalls kicking around. The landlady is super friendly, be sure to check it out. There's 7seas fishing to be had there and regular contests too.

♥ New In World Store ♥

Yay, so excited to have a store again! 

Thank you mummy for not letting me back out for the millionth time. You see.. I had been wrestling with the idea of opening a store in world again for a while and without the gentle nudge my mummy gave me, well, this probably wouldn't have happened. Hopefully I'll be able to get in on some of the events and things now, which is very exciting.

I'm next to Razzberry Inc and opposite CuteBytes on the awesome Hullabalo sim.

Anyway, for this shoot I decided I'd incorporate my new store as the background (yes, I know, shameless self promoting) while I show off this very pretty dress my mummy got me when we were at the ToddleeDoo Fair last.. but unfortunately I managed to lose it in my mess of an inventory and only now just found it so I could wear it!
