I know my blog hasn't been getting a lot of attention lately and I'm really sorry for that, but things have been really busy in real life and I've been unwell to boot so it's not been the best of times for me. At least there's plenty of ToddleeDoo bloggers out there who have been blogging away while I've been gone. Sooo many new ones too.

Anyways, I've got this new skin and shape set to show you from Purretes which is available at Hello Beautiful right now. It's called "Nayade Skin & Shape" and it comes with a lot of different options... including: lashes, dimples, all sorts of freckles, blush, sunscreen and sunburn. There's even light and dark brows included and the shape is completely modifiable (but it's a really cute petite shape which should only need minor tweaking in my opinion. Personally I'd probably only make the eyes slightly bigger and the lips smaller, but I think shapes are unique to people and you might like it just how it is) It even comes with alpha layers for your lips so you can have your mouth open (3 different options!) I've included a picture of the HUD at the end of this post too so you can see the options and see that it's mesh head compatible.

It's funny the stuff you pull out of your inventory that you totally forgot you had and bought ages ago, like these pjs.. I decided I wanted to create a silly pose to go with them.. so tada.. this is what I came up with. I had a lot of fun creating it and I hope I made someone smile.

♥ Life's a Beach ♥

I know, I know.. I went to the beach yesterday - but I really needed to go again to work on my tan. My SL mummy will die laughing at that statement considering she knows the real me and has seen me and knows how ghostly pale the real me is. I'm not even kidding, I'm like almost translucent in places. 

Anyways... if you know me you'll know that real life has been crazy with my move. I've been deep in paperwork, packing and having meetings with various people to get my mortgage sorted out. If you don't have a mortgage, it's confusing as hell.. and not something to just walk into. They like to make it all as complicated as possible.. if you do go to do it, grab yourself an awesome mortgage adviser. I paid a guy to help us get the best deal etc.. he is pretty awesome actually and knows all his stuff and without him we would be so lost. As of today, my removal company is set to move our stuff on the 4th June. I have a tooth extraction on the 3rd June.. yeah.. ouch. Our contracts have not yet been exchanged so I don't really know where we are yet.. hopefully our conveyencer will receive our signed deed tomorrow and get the ball in motion. Without the contracts being transferred we're pretty clueless as to when we can move in and are just guessing.. we went ahead and pre-booked to be on the safe side. I'm so hoping we get the keys earlier than that so we can go in and paint a bit.. as there's one horrible bogey green room that I need to sort out before my eyes bleed. 

So.. here I am at the beach trying to forget all the real life grownup stuff and just run around being a toddler. It took me a while to find a nice beach.. especially one that would allow me to rez! I love people watching on Second Life. When I'm out scouting for locations to take pictures at I crawl past a lot of strange and wonderful people. Sometimes they talk to me other times they do not. Today I chuckled to myself as there was a man on the beach dressed head to toe in black leather and huge clunky boots. If that was real life he'd have been waaaaaaaaay too hot to wear that! He stood there staring at the sea in all his noob glory, wondering why no woman would talk to him. Okay, I made that up.. I don't know what he was thinking or anything.. but he did look kinda nooby. 

My lovely vintage swimsuit is from Babysteps and it's available at Le Petit Faire right now. There's a few different colours to choose from.. but naturally I picked pink. It's on the higher end of the price scale at 150L$ but I'm guessing that's because it's original mesh? It's very cute though and worth the lindens.. I particularly love the front panel texture work. Oh and it fits both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's!

I'm wearing a whole bunch of accessories from ToddleTeeZ today too. I have on a pink charm necklace, which is available at this current round of the Sidewalk Gacha. I have the matching pink charm anklet on too.. The bracelet I have on is from this current round of Hello Beautiful, which is going to be ending soon, so go grab them quick.. they're birthstone bracelets. I have on the April one, as that's when my birthday is in real life and the fact that the stones go with pretty much anything. Ooh I have on pink wormie earrings, they are super cute! They are little worms on a hook and it even comes with a cute little worm for your nose. I have on a silver hearts toe ring from ToddleTeeZ too. All of that awesomeness is from ToddleTeeZ, definitely a store you need to check out.

My knee tattoos are at Hello Beautiful right now, they're from the awesome Tic Tot Toe. So many different ones to get.. I have on the shark ones. They seemed appropriate for the beach!

♥ Day at the beach ♥

I've been so incredibly busy in real life with all things grownup and boring. I've been so stressed with it all and haven't been able to log into Second Life at all since my last post.. so I'm glad today I got a little time online.

I decided to go to the beach and look for seashells, because they're pretty and I thought it'd be a fun thing to do on my down time. Of course I had to look cute while on my beach adventure! I opted for an adorable swim set from ugly duckling, which is available at this round of La Boutique. There's less than a week left at this event, so if you've not been yet.. now is a good time to go before a new round starts. 

My pretty necklace and anklet are from ToddleTeeZ and they match! The necklace is available now at The Sidewalk Gacha event over on the NGI sim. I think the anklets are in store now, as they were a past event item.. but if you got any of those anklets these necklaces match them perfectly! Great time to get a matching set.

I got myself a new hair for my beach adventure too, called "RIN", which is from Argrace. It comes with a rigged and unrigged version.. and the unrigged works for us and shrinks down amazingly well. It is a pretty ponytail with a colour change headband.. I'm happy I grabbed it.

♥ Sweet Dreams ♥

Last post of the night before I drift off into dream land myself and try to get a good nights sleep..  that way I can be fresh for packing tomorrow. 

These vintage jammies are just adorable! They are a fabulous collaboration from Bad Seed Boutique and Turducken and are available right now at La Boutique. They come in lots of different colours.. I'm showing off the purple ones (I know, shock horror I didn't pick pink for once!) The other colours you can get are: Blue, Cream, Mint, Peach and Pink. These pjs fit both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's too, yay! The mesh is unique and I love the ruffle effect, it's just a gorgeous design and the texture work is superb! They make an amazing team and I can't wait to see what else they come up with.

Short and sweet post.. 

I just really wanted to blog this top from BunBun that is at La Boutique right now. It's so cute! I think maybe I'm a little predictable though getting it in pink.. maybe I need to start introducing a few other colours into my wardrobe. Anyway, this cute satin babydoll top fits both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's.

I'm having a chat with the sheep about all my problems.. they're great sheep, aren't they? They just listen and don't say anything back. I'd say a wall would be good to do that to, but, a wall doesn't look cute and make cute noises.

Still feeling funky, but decided to blog again.. so I don't fall too behind with blogs I've been wanting to get out.

I've had so much bad news hit me lately, so it was really nice to get a bit of good news today.. looks like I'm moving at the end of the month! We hadn't heard anything for ages and then all of a sudden.. we have a potential moving date. Eeks! So much to do. I've got a crazy weekend of packing planned again. Only downside of this is I've had to pull out of events I was either meant to create or blog for around this time.. so I'm very sorry to those I've let down, but as much as it pains me to say.. real life comes first.

Anyways.. La Boutique is still going on and if you haven't got down there yet - this is another piece I grabbed there from Cosmic Dust Kids.. an adorable v-neck cardigan that fits both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's. I picked pink, because, well if you read me regularly then you'll know I'm pretty hooked on pink right now. I wonder if I'll ever go off it.. 

This couch pose set was given to me by the awesome Goizane.. amazing flickr user (if you've ever seen her pictures, they rock) and owner of a pose store called "Fashiowl Poses" which I didn't know about until she gave me a couple of her poses. This adorable little bear sofa comes with various different hamsters to pose with in the various poses. I think it's very cute and unique!

♥ Feeling Pretty ♥

This will be my last post of today I think.. I've somehow managed to churn out three posts even though I feel terrible! I think trying to keep my mind off how bad I feel has helped a lot though.. keeping myself busy, busy, busy. 

In other news I just passed 900 pictures I've uploaded to flickr. I think that's a pretty awesome number! Now to make it a thousand.

This outfit I'm wearing is so adorable, it's from des lunes and you can find at the very awesome event "La Boutique" right now. There are lots of different colour dungarees to choose from and lots of different colour/patterned undershirts to choose from too. I opted for the pink dungarees with the buggies tee. The tee goes great with the necklace and earrings set from ToddleTeeZ that's at La Boutique too.

My hair is new from Tableau Vivant which you can find at this round of Collabor88. I'm always really excited when I can shrink a hair down to fit me.. and this messy short style is super cute.

No matter how rubbish and ill I feel today, which is pretty rubbish and ill.. I've decided that I need to do more than I did yesterday.. which was.. laying in bed all day and night. I have an infection kicking my butt, stress levels maxed out from various things going on in real life and I've been feeling really low with it all. Today I've got out of bed and had a bath.. that's a start, right? I thought blogging might help me feel a bit better and give me something to do.

I'm showing off more goodies from the event La Boutique today.. this time from the store {LPP} I love the fact that they are never super expensive and you can just get the outfit if you don't want the shoes and glasses too. I wanted the whole thing though for my geeky look.. I'd say this look is pretty unisex too.

♥ Mummy, Me and Dolly makes three ♥

It's not often I get to collaborate on a post with my awesome mummy.. but when I do get the chance, I grab it with both hands! I love doing pictures with my mummy and spending time with her.. so when asked to be in her blog post I was like YEAH!! Of course I had to blog it too.. this is my mummy's take on it, with the main focus of her post being our hair, find the post: here.

How adorable are the dollies from Snippet which you can get at The Play Room right now? I love them! I played the gatcha a good few times to make sure I got the outfit and the rare dolly. I have a few of the other dollies too, which have different colour hair.. but the rare doll is by far my fave. They even match your outfit and the clothes can be taken off.. which means that in the future there will be more dolly clothing so you and your dolly can match time after time! Yay! 

I'm loving this new hair my mummy introduced me to from elikatira. Those of you that remember pre-mesh elikatira hair will notice the striking resemblance to another hair from those days.. I think I've actually blogged it in the past, the non-mesh version.. so I think maybe it was updated to mesh and made even more awesome. Either way, it's adorable and fits us ToddleeDoo's, which always rocks.

I had to steal this video (at the very end of my post) from my mummy's post too.. because we were on voice and singing it at the top of our lungs and now every time I hear it I can't stop giggling like an idiot.. particularly at the part "What are you waiting for?!" where my mummy and I pretty much screamed it down the mic at each other. Our karaoke sessions where we get silly are hilarious. Love my mummy!

Right, I'm off to have a bath as I need to go and get ready..

♥ Celebrate ♥

I have a few things to celebrate.. first of all, I realised that a couple of posts back on my "Cool Cat" post it was my 500th blog post. Yay! I can't believe I've done that many.. I know I've been blogging for a couple of years now, but still that's pretty crazy. 

Another thing I want to celebrate is this fantastic figure I've snagged a screen shot of, which you can find at the very end of this post. It doesn't track my own views.. so that is purely you readers! A massive thank you from the bottom of my heart! ♥

Next thing I'm celebrating is my birthday.. I know, I had it already.. but tonight I'm going to be having a belated birthday evening with my real life fella. It was totally his idea. I made a cake for it, even though I'm having problems seeing anything right now - since the arm of my glasses snapped off this morning! I've been going around with my head tilted to the side to keep them on and then keep having to put them back on when they fall off.. which is a lot as I keep forgetting. Without them navigating anything is pretty much not going to happen. I'm pretty hopeless without them. I tried to walk down my hallway without them on and I felt really disorientated, it was weird not being able to see properly! But yeah, mini party tonight.. as he was working away on my actual birthday.

Now onto what hopefully brought you here.. this marvellous outfit! Yes, I said marvellous. No, I haven't completely lost it.. well, maybe. Anyways, my outfit is from the fantastic ToddleTeeZ and it's not a gatcha one! Yay! It's a cute little romper called "Mary Jumpers {Pink}" and it's available at this current round of La Boutique. There's also blue, purple and teal up for grabs if pink doesn't float your boat. I'm absolutely loving the adorable raised front with the ladybug perched on it.. such a super cute touch! Ooh and it fits both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's. Not only is there that, but there's even more goodies from ToddleTeeZ available at La Boutique! The matching necklace and earring set is called "Ladybug Necklace & Earring Set" and I say it's matching because of the ladybug on the front of the romper.. so they make a nice pairing! And if that still wasn't enough for you.. this epic ring pop called "Cuddle Bug - Glam Ring Pop" is also at La Boutique from ToddleTeeZ. Phew, that was a lot of fab stuff!

At Hello Beautiful right now too are these amazing birthstone bracelets from.. dun dun dun.. ToddleTeeZ! Are you noticing a theme for this post yet? Anyways.. what makes them so awesome? Well.. they have animated sparkles and everyone loves a bit of bling, don't they? No, not the scary old SL bling! The scary old SL bling should be deleted from everybody's inventory in my opinion! It's offensive to my eyes.. 

I've blogged these knee tattoos before, but I wanted to wear them again. I love the multicoloured one from Tic Tot Toe which is available at Hello Beautiful right now.

My second post of the day. It's actually my attempt at keeping me distracted from something horrible that I just found out in real life. I'm trying to push it to the back of my mind, but it keeps creeping back.. I was hoping more blogging would stop me worrying so much, but it's not really. I will have to do something else after this post to try to take my mind off it. 

Anyways, this amazingly adorable outfit is from Turducken and can be found at this current round of La Boutique. I absolutely adore this look.. it's very boho, chic and extremely pretty. It fits both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's and even comes with the skirt and top separately too if you don't want to wear it as a dress, so there is potential for mixing it up! I was happy to see it came with shoes too, which I wasn't expecting. This dress is definitely one to grab.. and it comes in a lot of different colours so you'll be sure to find one to fit your taste.

I'm wearing a headband from Buglets again, it seemed to work perfectly with this outfit, you can grab it at this round of Hello Beautiful. 

In other news I have this annoying earworm of a song stuck in my head by Carly Rae Jepsen.. so I'm going to link it so you too can have it go round and round in your head. You're welcome, no need to thank me. The video is totally bizarre too.. what on earth is Tom Hanks doing?! I hope it's a soundtrack for a new movie of his or something otherwise this just doesn't make a lick of sense. The cameo from Justin Bieber at the end too.. was that really necessary?! I'm just.. in awe at this video. I cringed a lot.. but this song is completely and utterly stuck in my head. Enjoy!

I think I missed my calling as a boy blogger! It was so easy.. I usually have to edit so much on my pics as a girl - as a boy, I didn't have to do half as much. I didn't even have to mess with my eyelashes. Is it weird I think I make a decent boy?!

I'm wearing the peach one. I'm drawn to lighter skin tones lately (which is a lot different considering how tanned I used to be in the early days!) It has a few options included too.. everything from dimples, to freckles, to tears. The shape is completely modifiable too, so if you want to tweak it to suit you better then you can! I love that when you get a modifiable shape with a skin, because it gives you a chance to be a little different with your shape, cos not everyone wants to look the same, right? It's a must have skin and shape set for you boys! 

How cool are these "Cool Cat" outfits from ToddleTeeZ? If you're going to be a boy, be a stylish boy! I feel very cool and funky.. and like I totally own the sim I was taking these pictures on. Of course I don't actually own the sim I was on.. I just thought it looked pretty. Oh, wait.. trying to be a boy.. umm.. it looked.. umm.. good. Is that better? I'm not very good at this boy personality thing. Anyways, they come in blue, green, red and white.. I couldn't choose which one I liked best as I think I rock them all - so I'm showing all of them! Go over and grab them boys.. or for you girls who prefer a more tomboy-ish look then these would totally work! I personally think they're awesome and any little guy wearing these would be one cool dude in my book.

♥ Let the world burn ♥

Ahh, super quick speedy post for me today because real life is being so demanding with this whole house business. I had a break but now my other half is home from working away it's back to being manic again. I'm getting myself a bit stressed with it all truth be told.. not sure how I'm going to survive this process.. by the end I think I'm going to be a quivering wreck. They say moving is one of the most stressful things you can experience in your life.. it's right up there with losing a loved one. 

Anyways.. I haven't got long, I'm writing this while my partner is at the shop - so he won't moan about me being on the computer and not doing more "worthwhile" things. Well, forgive me if I think blogging is worthwhile! I enjoy it, so there! 

Right.. now these new eyelashes from Purretes are just awesome. You can find yours at this round of Hello Beautiful. They come with a HUD with a colour wheel, so you can pick all sorts of colours.. personally I always want my lashes black, so I just went with the default.. but I guess if you like funky coloured lashes then these would be ideal! They weren't too tricky to mess with either.. I've never been a fan of editing eyelashes because of how fiddly they are! So I was happy that these didn't need much adjusting.

I'm loving these knee plasters from Tic Tot Toe. Okay, they're called band aids in America.. so, maybe I should refer to them as what they're called.. it just confuses me as I know them as plasters. Haha. Okay, anyways, these adorable knee bandaids come in LOADS of varieties. They're in a gatcha at Hello Beautiful right now, so be sure to go snatch them up. The ones I have on are the multi coloured ones.. but there's all different ones and you're bound to find one you like.

Right, back to boring real life.. and sometimes I just wanna let the world burn..

♥ Chill ♥

I haven't managed to get a good nights sleep at all.. so what do I do in these instances? I blog! I need to learn to chill out a bit more and stop getting myself so stressed, so that's exactly what I did.. took myself off to a pretty sim to chill and get some relaxation time. I wasn't worrying about deadlines or anything, just taking my time. Think we all could do with chilling out from time to time.

Hello Beautiful opened it's doors for it's seventh round today. Lots of fantastic creators all in one space, what's not to love about that?! It's a really awesome theme too, so there's lots of diversity in what has been made and there's something for everyone.

Babysteps have made an awesome hair for this round of Hello Beautiful. It's called "Addyline" It comes with the beret attached and an awesome HUD for the hair (including changing root colour) and you can colour the beret from a few different options. I normally wear blonde hair, so for the majority of my pics I am wearing the blonde one. At the very bottom I have included a pic of one colour from each of the packs though.. they are pretty awesome. From top left to right: Brunettes, Black&White and Dips. From bottom left to right: Ombres, Pastels and Reds. You could even treat yourself to the fatpack if you can't decide which colour pack you like. The hair is easily resizable too with a simple click. No rezzing it on the ground and putting in your own resizer.. or messing around trying to find the HUD button.. just click your hair and you're good to go! I hope this is the first of many hairstyles from Babysteps.

My outfit today is from Heffalumps, it's called "Tilly" - so naturally I gravitated towards it because that's also my mummy's name. I think these little flats from Minuet go so perfectly with it. Usually I'm not the kind to dress as dark as this, but I'm trying to experiment with new styles and stepping out of my comfort zone a little more here and there.
