♥ Your Lips Are Moving ♥

I have two super cute wooly outfits to show you from Lil Big Me today. They are perfect for this time of the year. I thought they were perfect to go to a wintery sim in and explore.. so, that's exactly what I did. I love the knitted texture throughout the outfit and the boots are just adorable. Purple just happens to be my favorite of the two colours, but there's also green if purple doesn't float your boat. Best of all it fits baby and kid ToddleeDoo's.

I'm also holding a platypus (in both pictures, actually) from Tic Tot Toe, which you can find at this round of Woodland Treasures Gatcha. I am holding the "mom" and "dad" ones, but there's a whole family set to collect.. and cute baby rares. I can honestly say I've never had a platypus on Second Life before.. so I was pretty excited to have something different in my inventory from the usual holdable critters.

How cute is this hair from Olive that I got at the Xiasumi School Festival? I love it! I was unsure at first because it's similar to another style of mine, but I am glad I bought it now. I love Olive hair.. I'm turning into a bit of a fan girl and eagerly anticipate non-rigged styles and specially rigged ToddleeDoo hairs from this creator.

October is pretty awesome.. and what better way to show your love of October than this cute shirt from Minuet (found at Woodland Treasures Gatcha this month) There are lots of different versions to collect which all say something adorable on them, this one is my personal fave though.

I teamed the shirt with floral pants from Turducken and these super cute rigged snow boots from Snowflake Designs.

Picked up this hair from LaViere and while it's not a new style, it is new to my inventory.. it's pretty cute and has a resize script in it. Love it.

♥ Pumpkin Baby ♥

Check out this cute sweater from Tiny Trinkets, which fits both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's. it's got cute ruffles on the collar area and a happy pumpkin design on the front. I teamed the sweater with some mint wide leg pants from Baby Pie and awesome boots from Snips & Snails.

I'm also holding this epic pumpkin bag from Tiny Trinkets. This one featured is the girls version, but don't worry boys you have not been forgotten.. there is also a boy version without the cute bow on it! What I love about this pumpkin bag is that if you click it you receive a load of goodies.. one of which is this pumpkin pez I'm holding. Little pez particle pieces randomly emit from it! It made me all nostalgic for when I would buy pez as a kid in real life.. I've not seen them in ages! Also in the contents you can find: choco, coffee, lemon, pistachio, raspberry and vanilla macarons (which are holdable and animated)

I love this "Batmoon RARE" that's in the background, from Winter Ravens.. which I found at this round of Woodland Treasures Gatcha. I knew as soon as I saw it that I had to have it.. and low and behold on my first try I got it! My mummy liked it so much she wanted it on the outside of our house on the upstairs window.. and yes, I might be posing on the roof for this picture.. luckily nobody is around to yell at me and tell me how dangerous it is.

I've got three adorable PJ sets to show you today, from Tiny Buttons, in three different pictures. Super duper cute outfit from Heffalumps to show you today. It's a nautical themed outfit, which I really love. It comes with a sailor hat too but it didn't look right with my hair.. -flips hair dramatically- The outfit comes with a nicely textured skirt, top, shoes, hat, bangles and an awesome silver anchor necklace. A very complete outfit! It's available in baby size only though, sorry kid ToddleeDoo's. Definitely a cute look though.

How cool is this pose from Shutterbugs? I'm a big fan of the chalk poses.. they're just so kid like and quirky. This one seemed to be perfect to showcase this outfit. 

I've had exactly three hours of sleep, so I'm just going to let the picture speak for itself.. oh the cuteness!

♥ Dolled Up ♥

Today I am wearing a really pretty vintage dress from Little Nerds. It's textured really nicely and comes with a matching headband, available for both baby and kid ToddleeDoo's. So frickin' adorable! A must have dress for your inventory.. (I nearly said wardrobe..)

I'm standing in front of a dollhouse from Apple Fall.. found at this round of The Arcade. I really wanted it, however, I wasn't interested in any of the other stuff in the machine.. so I was over the moon when my mummy got it and put it out in the house. It might not be mine, but I still get to enjoy it too!

*Warning upcoming real life stuff.. skip this paragraph if you don't care!* 
I'm up late watching reruns of Intervention (an American show about individuals struggling with addiction [actually think Canada has a version too] ) I think I decided to watch some of them after my mummy and I had a heart to heart on voice earlier this evening in hopes of making me feel a bit better. I got all teary talking to my mummy earlier and I guess I was looking for some sort of hope that life does get better. I just finished one that had me in tears again because I related to it a lot.. sometimes I'm a glutton for punishment. Ever watch a movie because you know you'll cry? I do.. it's good to let it all out and sometimes it needs to be triggered by something. I also showed my mummy a real life photo of me, which is not something I do very often.. it's a huge deal for me because of how I feel about myself, so I feel like I accomplished something. A very emotionally draining day all around.

On a happier note, I did my nails as Hello Kitty in real life.. and they look adorable. My new thing is decorating my nails in real life.. which makes me laugh considering most of my Second Life creations are nails for ToddleeDoo's or nails for Slink hands and feet. There is no escaping nails! Mwahahahaha... or something.

Oh, Collabor88 started up again.. on the 8th. It was surprisingly easy to get in this time, I wasn't told the region was full a bunch of times, yay! My mummy and I went and checked it out earlier on this evening. I picked up a couple of bits.. no doubt they'll be shown off here at some point very soon.

Anyways, I've rambled enough.. look at my pixel adorableness.

♥ If I could save all the animals ♥

If I could save all the animals, I totally would. I'm a sucker for animals.. I find myself getting really upset when bad things happen to them.. so when I saw these piggies from Birdy all bundled up in a gatcha machine at this round of Chapter Four I just knew I had to rescue them and bust them out of their gatcha confines!

I'm wearing this adorable little "Fairy Princess" outfit from LVS KIDS while rescuing these cute piggies. The outfit comes with a cute top, shorts and jellies. It's very pretty, nicely textured, with lots of different fairies on it! Not only does it come in baby size, it comes in kid size too and the jellies are resize script enabled.. bonus!

In other news, I was playing Sims 4 all day today.. and I'm still not totally sold on it, but I did get to build a rocket and send a sim to space.. which was pretty nifty and amused me when he came back with alien parts.

Last night I watched a video that someone linked on their facebook that made me think.. it was a documentary on Second Life (it was really dated though!) Anyway, there was a lady on there who was spending all her time with this one guy in Second Life.. and ignoring her real life husband and children. It made me kinda sad, for her husband and her kids.. but most of all sad for the fact that I related to her.. although I don't have children and I'm engaged in real life, I could understand the needing to escape and how much better things are in Second Life.. and how easy it is to get absorbed and ignore everything else that's going on around you. Made me think a lot. I've had my fiance say to me before, "It's like your computer is more important than me and our cat" - well, actually.. he didn't exactly say that.. he said (while speaking to the cat, but in earshot of me) "It's like mummy thinks the computer is more important than us.." Yes, our cat is our child.. don't judge us! LOL. Anyways, a lot of it hit home and although I'm not cheating on him with anyone in the game like these people are.. ♥ When it rains, it pours.. ♥

Got two events to tell you about today:

The first is Dream Garden, where this awesomely a-freakin-dorable outfit from Heffalumps can be found. It comes with the jumper, denim shorts, frog boots, hair bows, scarf and two bracelets. I love complete outfits like that. 
Dream Garden also offers a lot of other cute items.. so be sure to go take a peek!

Just One50 Event is the other event I wanted to mention.. there's awesome items to be found and some of them are limited.. but as the name of the title suggests.. everything is 150 lindens. Pretty good price for an item that only has 60 copies or so. Worth checking out!

Anyway, the title "When it rains, it pours.." pretty much sums up how I feel today. Y'know when you wake up and think.. "Why did I get up?" I'm having one of those days. I woke up extremely late.. to cat vomit in the kitchen.. I then had a bath and as I was laying in the bath with the door open (cos that's what I have to do or my cat will claw the door down until he's allowed in) Anyways, so I'm laying there.. relaxing.. and then my cat walks into the hallway and starts retching.. and then vomit all over the hallway too. Lovely. After my bath I spent time trying to get cat puke out of the carpet.. which is easier said than done when there's lovely chunks of his cat food in it. 

I had so much planned today and now I'm just sitting here watching my sleeping kitty, hoping he's okay.. I think maybe it's time to get him looked over by a vet. It's becoming a regular occurrence this being sick thing. At least twice a month there is sick now. Soon as my fiance is home, I'm gonna suggest we take him to get checked out.. make sure there's no underlying cause for his sickness. It could just be he ate his food too fast, or he ate something he isn't meant to.. but I'd like to be certain. Google even tried to reassure me that some cats are just sicky and not to panic, but he's my furry baby and I'm worried.

Short and sweet post today.. a very cute outfit from Little Nerds to show you. The name of it made me smile, "Little Tinker" and that's purely because "Tinker" is part of my mummy's name.. anyway, the outfit comes with two tops (baby and kid) hair band with bow and the leggings HUD. 

I got The Sims 4 today.. played on it a bit.. need some more time with it I think, but so far I've been disappointed. Hoping it gets better as the expansions come out..

Sooo many events.. they have rendered me broke. Specifically "The Arcade" and "Woodland Treasures Gatcha." Both of those have emptied out my piggy bank entirely. I'm wearing a new skin from FreshFace, it's out at the "Wicked Wonderland Fair" and although it's not a specially made ToddleeDoo skin, I think it looks really cute and as my mummy put it "fresh faced" I was like, "Mummy, the store it is from is called FreshFace.." Anyways the fair runs until October the 1st, so plenty of time to snag yourself one if you like it.

♥ Algebra ♥

So, it's nearly 7am here and I've not been able to sleep.. I'm in too much pain, so, here I am blogging. 

This awesome outfit is from Little Nerds and made me chuckle because it's so true! "Another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once" - like seriously what is the point in algebra? I'm sure there's some math genius out there reading this tutting like crazy, cursing me and shouting at the screen that there is a point. Even if there is a point to it.. I've never needed it. It's probably for the best though, considering I left school at 13 in real life.. I'd be in so much trouble if a lot of what they taught in school was actually needed every day!

After many tries at Woodland Treasures Gatcha my mummy tried desperately to get me these Batty sneakers from Sassafras, to no avail. I decided to get my daddy to have a go at it and sure enough, he played until he got them for me. Yay! I never have any luck with gatchas.. everyone else sure seems to though! 

My relationship with my daddy is a little weird.. we weren't talking for a while and now we are again.. and it's like I never stopped talking to him. I missed him, but I didn't miss his lies.. so now I'm a bit on edge wondering when he's going to lie to me or my mummy next. We both accepting him back into our lives, mummy accepted him as a friend.. and I accepted him as my daddy that no longer lives with us. I just hope he doesn't expect too much of us.. baby steps.

I forgot about this rare sushi shelving thing I got from Birdy at one of the rounds of Chapter Four. It was in my inventory unopened.. I need to stop doing that! Anyways, finally opened it and it's cute!

I haven't blogged Baby Pie for a while and although this is an older outfit and I've blogged the purple one of this before, I felt in the mood for something black.. so I broke this one out of my inventory. There's not a huge amount of dark coloured clothing for kids around.. and it's hard to do it well without it looking too grownup I think.. but Baby Pie does an awesome job of keeping it child friendly and dark. Love it.

My title is called "Paint a smile on" today.. because I painted the gym room in real life yesterday.. and the fact that I sometimes feel you have to pretend you're okay, when you're really not. I spend most of my life pretending that everything is fine. How many times do people ask how you are..? If everyone really told the other person, nobody would ever ask that question again. I find myself going, "Good thank you!" even if I'm sitting at my laptop in floods of tears.. nobody really wants to hear how everything sucks. The very few people that do genuinely want to know if everything is okay are the ones you want to stay strong for too.. I feel like a broken record when things aren't okay and I end up saying they're fine in the end so I don't bore my nearest and dearest to death going over the same old problems that aren't getting any better.

In other news I'm getting excited about The Arcade.. although my bank balance will not be!

Had a real hard job coming up for a title for this post.. I hate it when everything you pick sounds really awful. I'm not that impressed with the title I've chosen, but it sounded less lame than the others.. so it'll do!

This outfit features a skirt from Soken Kids. It's red and dotty and I love it.. when I picked it out I didn't really have anything in mind to go with it.. and then panicked a bit when I thought I had nothing that would look okay with it.. then I found this cute skelly top from Candii Kitten and the red on it matched the skirt.. so yay.

The awesome star nails in the second picture are from ZOZ KIDS. Don't forget they're mesh replacement nails, so you hide your toddleedoo nails with the HUD and add on the mesh ones from ZOZ KIDS. Then.. tada.. nails.

My messy hair is from Ploom. I liked it because it looked like I tried to do my hair myself.. gotta love the unkempt look.

In lieu of a long post, like the two from yesterday, I'm opting for a short and sweet one today. 

Dressing up is always so much fun.. more so if you're 2 years old. I absolutely loved dressing up as kitty for this post. This adorable kitty outfit is from Viv.a! Kids. It comes with the ears and even a tail too! I think it's just purrfect. 

The kitty I'm holding is from Little Closet, found at Woodland Treasures Gatcha. He just reminded me so much of my real life ginger kitty that I had to have him.  

At Brownies last night I found out that I'm part of a fundraising team, with my big sis Meggie and our friend Ella. We will be raising money to help cancer sufferers, a very worthy cause I'm sure you'll agree.. we're just working on putting together the details of the event, fine tuning it and deciding when it will be exactly. More details to come in the near future, watch this space. 

I also got my artist badge journal to complete.. so I'll be working on that a bit too. It's been a while in Brownies since I got a badge, so I really need to pull my finger out. Interested in joining Brownies or any of the other clubs that "The Courtyard" has to offer? Message Libby Farleigh in world.. she's really nice!

How cute is this outfit from Little Nerds? I love the little hearts on the knees of the leggings and of course the super cute tee.

It doesn't come with shoes, but that's okay.. gave me a chance to wear these cute mystery sneakers from Lil Smartie Pants, found at Woodland Treasures Gatcha.

The tee actually inspired my title of my post today and also made me find a random blogger quiz online to take.. so I'm going to give it a shot, they are going to be questions for me to answer.. since I've never done anything like this before, we'll see how it goes. 

But before that, I love this hair from Olive that you can grab at Kustom9 right now. It comes with an unrigged version, which is great news for us.. it does clip a little in certain poses.. but that's kinda to be expected.

Sometimes I have really bad insomnia when I'm on my own.. other times I'll be fine and sleep for over 12 hours.

Yes, a few. One of which is butterflies.. I know, right? I'm a weirdo.

Lots of times I've tried to change who I am to make people happy.. it always fails and I end up feeling worse for trying though.

Probably my current one.. it's been just over 10 years I think.

I regret some of the things I did in my past, sure..

Definitely.. and when you make it into my bad books, you stay there and I hold onto that grudge tight. People say that you should just let go and forgive and forget.. but I can never do that. If I've cut you out of my life, then it's because keeping you in my life is making me worse. If you've cut me out of your life, it's because you couldn't handle my problems and that I will hold a grudge against you for.

Probably, I'm very sensitive and get uspet really easily.

This outfit is just adorable. It's the newest offering from Heffalumps.. and it's due in stores tomorrow I think. It's called "Emma" - it comes with these adorable jeans, which even have cute lacy detail on the butt too (which I've requested come in more colours.. *cough cough* please) and the shirt. It also comes with sandals or shoes, depending on what you like to wear on your feet. I opted for sandals today. The belt is resize, which is good cos I had to make mine bigger for my chubby baby belly. Heffalumps has moved by the way, so grab a new landmark.
