Quick post before I go to bed.. cos I'll sleep better knowing it's out there. Yep, I'm a strange one.

This new mesh head from Cute Bytes is available at this round of Hello Beautiful, which opened earlier today. It's called "Bellina" and you can buy the "Bella Skin" I'm wearing with it too. It's the same as the recent mesh heads we've seen from Cute Bytes, in the respect that it's animated. It also comes with teeth options (which is a relatively new feature) You can control your eyes, mouth and toggle which cute teeth you want to make up lots of different cute expressions. You can alpha the head, eyes and ears too.

I'm wearing adorable "Elf Ears Sprinkle tip" from Tikkels. They are HUD controlled, so you can match up your skin tone with a little bit of tweaking. You can also change the earring colour with the HUD. They're available at this round of Hello Beautiful too.

Also.. found at this round of Hello Beautiful.. these pretty "Sakura" nails from Enchanted Bowtique. They come in lots of different colours.. and who doesn't love pretty flowery nails?

I'm not feeling particularly the best today and I know people say you shouldn't blog when you feel bad; but I had to because of the awesomeness I'm going to be showing off below. If you don't care about real life stuff skip the first four paragraphs to get the low down on the outfit info.

Why am I feeling poopy today? Well.. a few reasons. Firstly, my fiancee is working away.. so I'm moping around all sad, missing him. My cat is too. He's worse than me actually, he goes from room to room crying looking for his daddy.. which in turn makes me even sadder. His sad little meows tug at my heart strings.

Secondly, I have a really disgusting infected finger.. I know, you all wanted to know that and you'll sleep better tonight now you know. Anyways, it was the result of two issues.. one, I ripped off a hangnail (I know, I know.. should never have done that) and then my nail snagged on something and ripped off at a painful place.. the nail bed. So, I guess something managed to get in via either of those places and now my finger is red, swollen, pus ridden, throbbing and just generally nasty. I showed my SL mummy and sis a picture of it (as you do.. I think I overshare sometimes..) they were disgusted. It really does look gross. The pain is the worst.. but I'm too stubborn to get it seen to. I'll keep treating it at home with soaks in salt water and then putting antiseptic cream on. See how it goes.

Thirdly, I watched a film last night that triggered me. I have mental health issues that can be triggered by certain things and this film definitely triggered me. It was an epic film though.. but I feel all vulnerable today because of it and letting bad thoughts plague my mind.

I had a load of paperwork to read earlier too which I didn't understand at all.. it was to do with mortgage stuff and it was apparently important that I read it all. I would have probably took it in if it was written in a way that wasn't littered with jargon. I was supposed to read it and give my fiancee the gist of it.. because he's working away it's difficult for him to keep up with all the paperwork and therefore I should just fill him in.. but I've e-mailed him and told him I don't understand any of it. I feel so stupid for doing that.. but it's better than me saying it was fine and missing something crucial because I didn't understand something.

Anyways, back to Second Life. My sister, Meggie, has returned to the family.. though in my eyes she never left. Even when she was with another family I still called her sis! Yay! Glad to have her back! She does have to put up with my constant teasing and getting on at her for not editing her avatar right. She loves me even when I'm getting on her case I think..

Look how adorable this original mesh outfit from Bad Seed Boutique is? It's called "MoMo" and there's two different colours of this epic outfit. You can choose from pink or teal. Pink was my fave, so that's what I'm showing off today. This outfit is available at this round of La Boutique. It comes with the boots and tights too. I decided to pose in my shared messy bedroom today.. well.. the grownups say mess, I say I know exactly where everything is.. so no tidying it!

My little doggy in the bag is from Birdy, found at this round of Chapter Four. It's really cute. It needed sizing down a lot and repositioning slightly, but if you don't mind editing then it's a definite must have.

I'm absolutely oving this new hair from *BABY* too. It's rigged especially for ToddleeDoo's! There's a couple of styles in store now.. and they are all fantastic. I can't wait to see more! Thanks to my friend, ZoZo, for the heads up on these.

I've got another cute bedroom set to show you all from Aphrodite & <HEART HOMES> today, this one is called "Prince Charming"
This time their new nursery set is at the Cosmopolitan event exclusively and discounted 20% OFF the regular price. Bonus! There's so many pieces to this awesome set too.. and can even be bought separately if you wanted just a particular piece from the set. I, personally, think it's frogging awesome. The animations in it are really cute too.. and this set even has a bathing area (which is just too precious!) Ooh, the frog I'm sat on even gives out props, including this mug, a froggie sandwich, an etch a sketch and more. The rocking chair has animations for you to sit with a parent too.. which are lovely. I'm wearing some PJs from Soken Kids. I've not blogged Soken Kids in a while, so had a look around and found these adorable whale pjs. There's lots of different styles too if whales don't float your boat.. hah, float your boat.. get it? I amuse myself sometimes!

Check out this super cute masks you can get from Itsy Bitsy, at this round of Hello Beautiful. I'm wearing my favorite one.. which makes me laugh. It says on it, "You kiss me in my sleep, I'll punch you in your face!" Truer words have never been spoken. There are other ones to collect: Beauty Sleep, Princess, Shh, Sleeping Beauty and Sweet Dreams. I just had to show off my favorite one which is Punch RARE. Got an adorable bath time set from Bad Seed Boutique to show you today, it's available at Hello Beautiful.. so be sure to snatch it up! It comes with the bath, complete with pose.. head bubbles and body bubbles. It also comes with hair bases for both mesh head and regular heads. A really fun piece for those silly moments.. I had fun with it.

I'm wearing the newest mesh head from Cute Bytes (found at Hello Beautiful) again. Also showing off one of the features I forgot to talk about last time.. the tongue! Yes, this head comes complete with a tongue. You can do a few different things.. from blowing raspberries to sticking your tongue out to the side in concentration. This time I'm wearing it with my fave mesh head applier from Bad Seed Boutique, called, "Freckle Face"

Itsy Bitsy have some fantastic eye appliers for mesh heads out at Hello Beautiful right now. I'm wearing the blue one (as blue eyes always appeal to me.. perhaps because it's my real life eye colour too, I dunno!) There's lots of colours to choose from and with a simple click you can now change your eyes on your mesh head! Love them! I will definitely be using these with my mesh heads from now on.

These raindrop lights above me are from Plethora, they're called "Counting Raindrops". They seemed to fit so nicely in the scene. Although they're not new.. I've not blogged them before. I liked that I was able to incorporate them today.

So.. as you can see from these three pictures.. I didn't take myself very seriously at all. I went for funny over pretty! I hope you at least get a smile from my crazy baby faces.

Random news.. I've started a course in real life, so I'll be juggling my time a little - between that and moving house (which is still in the process of going through) 

Also.. just to let everyone know.. Facebook disabled my account. I'm not real, therefore I don't deserve a Facebook. I was truly upset when it first happened yesterday.. and I'm not entirely sure if I want to remake right now.. so.. at the moment the whole thought of it is too daunting.. so I'm not going to bother. If anyone wants to share my blog posts on their Facebook though, you rock for doing that. I'm sure that this whole no Facebook thing will mean that I'm out of the loop a lot.. and my blog and store might suffer from the lack of promotion. I did Second Life once without Facebook, I guess I can do it again. -Shrugs- The worst part was there was no warning.. not even an e-mail to say they'd done it and why. If I want it back I need to provide ID that matches up to my name.. which, we all know it won't. As much as I love my Second Life friends and having a Facebook account I am not ready to let everyone know my real identity. That's just weird. Respect to those who can.. but I'm not very trusting and have learnt a lot of lessons from the Internet that have made me wary of Internet strangers.

Final thoughts.. every time I am in the bath lately in real life.. this song (I'm linking to at the end of this post) comes on the radio. Doesn't matter what time of day it is either.. there's no pattern. I have a bath randomly when I feel like it. So.. the fact that this song keeps playing (has happened 5 times now) I'm taking it as a sign. The lyrics are actually very appropriate to my situation and it's begun to creep me out. It's gotta mean something, right?

♥ Hello Beautiful - Round 4 ♥

"Hello Beautiful" has opened it's doors again for another awesome round. It's February and love is in the air.. and there's lots of cute stuff to be had. This is a really long post - with lots of pictures featuring lots of designers.. you can click the pictures for a larger view. Skip the next paragraph if you just want the low down on what's out now. Full credits at the very end.

Before I do I'd like to apologise for my last post being rather emo. I've tried to take a step back from things and focus on myself more.. which is why I've not posted as much. I've been trying really hard to fix the things that are broken in my life, which is mostly me, but truth be told it's really hard.. I've made changes and maybe too much to soon or something because I'm struggling. The last few days have taken a sharp downwards turn and I've gone into a spiral of destruction.. after a monumental screw up this morning.. I've decided I need to get back on track. Fingers crossed I do.

Anyways, onto the first designer featured at Hello Beautiful this month. In these first four pictures I am wearing beautiful skin, shape and eye sets from Bad Seed Boutique. The first two pictures are featuring "Rosie" which is super cute and comes with themed tattoo layers, one of which I'm showcasing here (the hearts) It has all the usual little awesome extras you can expect from Bad Seed Boutique, including the freckles option (which I have on) Definitely an adorable set. 

I have on a cute heart bracelet from Tikkels and Valentines Nails from Itsy Bitsy, which can both be found at this round of Hello Beautiful.

I'm wearing an epic outfit from Little Pixels called "Zoi" - I love this look, it's wild and funky. I don't usually wear animal print, but I could definitely get used to it if they were all as awesome as this. I've teamed it with some adorable shoes from Minuet. 

The next two pictures after that are featuring "Remi" skin, shape and eyes from Bad Seed Boutique.. which you can find at Hello Beautiful. I don't often get to showcase boys stuff, so I had fun doing this. Even better was the outfit and hair was totally free.. it's always great when you find fab freebies.

Another amazing mesh head and skin has been brought out from Cute Bytes. I'm loving these so much! It's called "KIKIKI" and is another amazing animated head. If you're worried about looking the same and shying away from mesh heads because of that.. don't.. a skin can make a mesh head look so much different. You can really make your own style with it! I saw this outfit on marketplace and had to have it. It's from tinyOWL - which surprised me.. I usually shop tinyOWL for epic gowns, not casual wear. I now will be keeping an eye on tinyOWL in future because the newest offerings in casual wear are just amazing. This one is called "Love Outfit"

 How cute are these tongue and face stickers from Little Nerds..? Ooh and the cheek blush and little cheek hearts! Both of which can be found at Hello Beautiful this month. Oh, are you sensing a theme yet? lol

I'm wearing a cute hairstick from ToddleTeeZ that can be found at Hello Beautiful too.

I'm loving this look I put together. So adorable. The hair is from Dura.. and is really cute and baby-ish. I really do not like the blonde shades from Dura, they just look dirty and dark.. so I opted for my second fave hair colour.. pink. I only have three styles in pink, but I'm leaning towards it more and more when a style doesn't have a decent shade of blonde anyways!

I feel like I've featured tinyOWL a lot in this post, but this outfit was too perfect. It's adorable.. and fits so well with the theme of this month.

As for this outfit from Sugar & Spice.. well.. it's cute, but there were some conflicting issues with it which bugged me a lot. It didn't really feel complete either, so I swapped the bottom half for some pastel bloomers from Bad Seed Boutique instead. They are super cute! I love the sandals I'm wearing from Just Kidding too.

♥ Fly Away ♥

When things get stressful, I just wish I could fly away.. when people are yelling at me, my cat is whining, when people in Second Life make me feel like I said something stupid.. when everything just gets too much.. like right this second, I just want to fly away.

What perfect outfit to escape my woes in than this adorable "Enchanted Pixie" outfit from Lil Big Me. It has cute flapping wings, pretty flower hairband and the outfit is a gorgeous mix of greens, blue and teal hues. I'm trying to forget my troubles while flying around the forest area near my home.. hoping that I can immerse myself in it for long enough to forget who I really am.

My eyes are from Itsy Bitsy and went perfectly with this outfit, a lovely green shade. You can find these and other eyes from Itsy Bitsy in a gatcha at Hello Beautiful.

I'm also wearing "full face freckles" and "red nose" - Unicorn Faces from ugly duckling. I am loving the freckles, they just give my skin that extra something.. these and more facial add ons can be found at Hello Beautiful.

Check out my adorable little teal nose star from Tic Tot Toe too.. there's lots of different colours to be snapped up at Hello Beautiful. An event that I'm just loving.. it's nice to see an event that's so different to what you usually see.

In other awesome news.. Chapter Four opened its doors for another round today. I'm excited to go over and see what is there.. I've seen some ads for some very cute things.

First I'm wearing a cute sweater from Minuet that comes in both grayscale pack and pastel pack.. this pink one is from the pastel pack and is just ridiculously cute. It was out at The Family Flea Market.. but I'm a bit late blogging this, so I think it's probably now going to be in the store now (or soon if it's not there now)

I'm wearing an adorable crown from Tiny Trinkets that you can find at this round of Fit for a Princess.

On my face I have facial detail from ugly duckling, called, "Unicorn Faces [all-in-one] RARE" which you can find at Hello Beautiful. There's lots of different variations in a gatcha to be won, but this one was by far my fave.. and of course it was a rare. Usually the ones I love end up being rares! 

I'm wearing really nice "Beautiful Dolly Grape" eyes from Itsy Bitsy, they too can be found in a gatcha at Hello Beautiful. Silly me had a hard job working them out, so if that's you too.. make sure you wear the HUD and click it.. I had a blonde moment and was wondering why they were blue and not grape when I put them in.

How awesome are these cars from Boomerang? They are fully functional and epic for racing around in. You can get your own at this round of Woodland Treasures Gatcha. They all have different loads in the back and the rares are bigger and grownups can drive the bigger ones. I roped my sister into sitting with me in one for one of these pics.. she naturally gravitated towards the one with an adorable puppy in the back. I had to have the pink one.. because.. well.. it's pink.

My cat has been doing my head in today.. he's missing his daddy who's gone away for the night.. ad he's absolutely hating his diet. He's hungry all the time so he's crying a lot. I don't know what to do to make him feel better.. bless. I just know that when fireworks start going off here for bonfire night (which I'm sure will be happening soon and I'm dreading) he's going to go mental. Fireworks and pets are unmixy things..
